The Blackstone LaunchPad powered by Techstars at Syracuse University is pleased to co-promote a MedTech event designed to catalyze women leadership in STEM + entrepreneurship.

As part of its MedTechIDEAS Summit Series, MedTech is hosting a conference focusing on implementing measurable strategies for increasing diversity (particularly among women) in life sciences leadership and workforce.  The program will feature a keynote address by Elese Hanson from Women In Bio and reflections on leadership by Martha Goldberg Aronson, a member of the CONMED board and a director at other international biotechnology companies.

There will also be presentations by a diverse group of innovators and ample opportunity for networking and collaboration.  As a special treat, there will be a luncheon feast of famous Utica cuisine.

Attendance is open to students, mid-career professionals and anyone else interested in moving the needle forward when it comes to increasing diversity in the workplace.
