That’s why SCORE Syracuse and Onondaga Small Business Development Center (SBDC) — Blackstone LaunchPad innovation partners — are teaming up with Google on workshops featuring Google speaker Randi Penfil who present these topics in a a dynamic, interactive setting:

  • Reach Customers Online with Google –Learn how customers find your business online and how to promote your online presence using search engine optimization (SEO) and online advertising. We’ll also introduce tools that will help you run your business online, including Google Analytics and Trends.
  • Get Found with Google Search & Maps – Explore Google My Business, a free tool for local businesses who want to connect with customers on Google Search and Maps. Get hands-on help creating or updating your listing, and take advantage of a free website. om your business listing

Randi Penfil is the official speaker for Google’s Get Your Business Online program, with more than 20  years of experience helping small businesses and nonprofits improve their digital marketing. As a professional speaker and trainer, Randi has helped thousands of small businesses and entrepreneurs. Before joining the Google team Randi educated and trained SMBs for Constant Contact as the Mid-Atlantic Regional Development Director. She brings enthusiasm and experience to every workshop and conversation about digital marketing.  Her passion is helping small businesses take control of their digital footprint.
