Join CenterState CEO and Bousquet Holstein for an interactive workshop on the Federal Opportunity Zone program, Tuesday, July 30, 9:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. at the Marriott Syracuse Downtown. Learn about available incentives, how to maximize the program’s benefits for your business, the benefits to investors, eligible projects, the role of local governments, and how the program can attract investment to the community.

9:30-11:00 – How business and developers can take advantage of Opportunity Zones in CNY

11:00 -11:15 – Break

11:15-12:15 – How to position your community for Opportunity Zone investments

12:15-1:30 – Overview and discussion of potential Opportunity Zone sites and locations. Lunch will be provided as well as networking.
