Strategies and Tools for Finding Investors

Join us in the LaunchPad to learn more about identifying and approaching potential investors. Blackstone LaunchPad Executive Director Linda Dickerson Hartsock will provide an overview of types of investors, how to determine whether you are investment ready, and which strategies you should use when approaching potential investors. Librarian for Business, Management, and Entrepreneurship Stephanie JH McReynolds will demonstrate how to identify investors and venture capital firms using SU Libraries databases, such as PrivCo and the New York Venture Capital & Private Equity Database.  This is an in-person workshop and space is limited.  If you would like to participate, please RSVP to:  LaunchPad@syr.edu
