John works closely with clients during every stage of the life of a business. He counsels clients prior to business formation in selecting the appropriate business entity. He advises them during business operations with respect to structuring key employee incentives and negotiating contracts. Clients seeking investments in their companies through private stock or other equity offerings have worked with John to ensure compliance with federal and state laws. John also works with clients both in preparing their businesses for sale and throughout the sale process to maximize results.
