TEDx Syracuse University hosted a pop up this week at the Blackstone LaunchPad powered by Techstars at Bird Library to actively seek speakers for the upcoming TEDx event this spring.  Applications are open through Friday, December 7 for this independently organized event in the spirit of TED, featuring ideas worth spreading.  The link to apply is here
Proposals will be are measured by the relevance of the story as well as the ability the idea has to impact the lives of audience in a positive, refreshing way.  TEDx Syracuse University is looking for speakers with passion for their stories who are willing to put in time and effort necessary to create a genuine talk.  Ideal speakers share their hopes, dreams and passions on stage.  The overarching theme for this year’s event will be announced in upcoming months.
