SparkCharge powered up a Tesla Model X and made its product launch announcement at a sold-out Techstars Boston Demo Day last week.  The Blackstone LaunchPad Syracuse / SyracuseCoE spin-off stole the show with a tour de force presentation at the high profile event.  Investors and industry experts showed incredible enthusiasm for the product, which is poised to disrupt the EV industry.

“The results of our hard work were evident on that day. From pitching our company to a crowd of over 1,000 investors, advisors, and supporters, to showcasing our prototype as we charged a Tesla Model X on the front lawn,  these are the moments that validate our mission and vision as solid indicators of what we can accomplish,” said SparkCharge Founder Josh Aviv G’17.

Spark Charge announced its first product, LyteCharge Air, with first units set to be released to the EV market in December 2018.  It is a ultrafast, portable charging unit for electric vehicles, that enables users to charge at the rate of one mile per minute, and helps avoid range anxiety.  Units are modular, and stack like Lego blocks for extra range.  The company is now taking pre-orders at https://www.sparkcharge.io/
